On-site time for inspection/consultation                                      $100 per hour

Office Time for inspection/consultation/research/report preparation/travel

                                                                                                            $50 per hour

There is an average of 2-3 hours of research and report preparation time for every hour of inspection time.     A deposit is required at the time of inspection.  The balance is due and payable upon receipt of the appraisal.
