Twenty years experience conducting estate liquidations and selling antiques and collectibles. We do not purchase items that we appraise.
Meets "Qualified Appraiser" requirements of the IRS for estate tax and donation appraisals.
Appraisals are compliant with USPAP. The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice sets the standards of professional appraisal practice, technique, ethics and due diligence as set forth by the Appraisal Foundation.
